Prompt turns, streaming session updates, and slash commands. The streaming update body is consumed via [`agent.prompt-turn.updates`] (a `stream`). Tool-call lifecycle entries (`tool-call`, `tool-call-update`) are emitted into that stream by the [`tools.tool-call`] resource — guests don't construct those variants directly. See:
