Opaque-handle access to a secrets backend. Returning secret rather than the underlying value lets the host gate reveal independently of lookup.

The operations are async: a secrets backend is commonly served by a host component plugin from its own store, and cross-store capability calls are dispatched asynchronously. (This is the async revision of the synchronous wasmcloud:secrets@1.0.0 interface.)
