imports

The wasmcloud:postgres/imports world provides common APIs for querying a Postgres database. Components targeting this world can:

1. Run parameterized queries whose result rows stream back incrementally (query), and run multi-statement batch queries (query-batch).
2. Prepare statements once and execute them repeatedly (prepared).

Every operation is an async func, so a component can keep many queries in flight concurrently.
