Function
get-binding-name
The binding this call arrived on: the (implements <name>) label the
caller imported this plugin's interface under, or none for a plain,
unlabeled import. The label is the name an operator declares under a
host.plugins entry's bindings, and the name the matching
workload-lifecycle.interface-binding carried at bind time, so it
pairs a call with that binding's configuration.
A label equal to the plugin's own id addresses the plugin rather than
one of its bindings and reads as none. A lifecycle hook reads none
too: it is about a whole workload, so read workload-info there.
